Welcome!
My name is Annie Gardner and I am a herbalist specialising in women's health as well as that of babies and children. I am also a postnatal doula and postnatal coach & educator, massage therapist and holistic sleep coach. I offer the closing the bones ceremony locally to women during the postpartum as well other times (see page for more info) to offer a held ceremonial space where you can be witnessed, rocked with traditional woven shawls, receive massage and be wrapped to allow space for integration.
I love supporting women with herbs for hormonal issues, fertility, pregnancy, preparation for birth, the postpartum and generally during the journey of motherhood. I have many years of experience treating babies and children with herbs and love supporting families to learn how to treat common issues themselves with home remedies through my workshops.
I also offer Plant Allies for Women workshops which is a held space in which we meet different plants to support you as you journey through the seasons, moon cycles and journey of womanhood. Go to Events for more information.

Get Involved
We have herb gardening on Friday afternoons at Bowden House Community (see photo of the herb garden below). Please get in touch if you would like to join us. Its a great way of getting to know the plants, how to care for them, identify them and learn there uses in an informal setting. Sometimes we harvest and make a medicine and you get to see how that works.
