All events and sessions advertised on this website are organised and hosted by Annie Gardner. The event descriptions, schedules, and content are designed to provide accurate information about what participants can expect.

Please note that promotional images used to advertise events or sessions are for illustrative purposes only. Variations in content may occur depending on session availability, scheduling, and participant engagement.

Booking Policy

​

Bookings are processed exclusively through anniegardner.uk. Before completing your booking, please read all relevant information carefully. If you have any questions or require clarification, feel free to contact Annie via the website before confirming your booking.

You will receive a booking confirmation email once your payment has been processed. This email will include all necessary event details. You are responsible for getting in touch if the confirmation email is not forthcoming.

Cancellation Policy

​

Bookings are refundable up to 2 days before the event/session date. The exact cut-off date will be clearly indicated on the booking page.

 

• After the 2-day cut-off, bookings become non-refundable.

• If you book and pay but do not attend, no refund will be provided.

• In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at Annie’s discretion.

Annie will wait for you for 10 minutes after the session start time.

After 10 minutes the session will be considered cancelled and payable in full.

This respects the time that Annie dedicates to your session and the fact that it cannot be refilled at short notice.

Rescheduling Policy

​

If an event or session must be rescheduled by the organiser, participants will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to transfer your booking to the new date or request a refund.

Liability

​

Annie Gardner will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the smooth delivery of sessions. However, Annie is not liable for any technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from participating in an event or session.

Refunds

​

If you are unhappy with your session or event, please contact Annie within 14 days to discuss your concerns. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided your request falls within this timeframe.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction arising from factors outside of Annie’s control, such as technical or environmental issues on the participant’s end.

Images and materials on the website are also subject to copyright and may not be used without permission.
