Space for you to relax and receive in a quiet space tucked away within the walled garden. With individually blended herbal infused oils and/or essential oils according to your needs and preferences. Base oils such as almond, grapeseed oil and sesame oil can also be used alone if preferred. I have a range of music playlists. The longer sessions allow me to work on more areas and/or give more time to focus on particular areas of tension.
